I don’t want to return my plastic dunnage. Can I keep it?

We get it—but dunnage kept for more than 6 months may be subject to replacement fees. If you’re not planning to return it, just let us know.

Yes. The purchaser is responsible for ensuring dunnage is returned. That may mean coordinating with your co-packer. We’re happy to help guide the process.

You can either handle freight yourself or we can organize it for you. Just let us know what works best.

Keep dunnage stored indoors in a dry, clean, and dust-free space. This helps avoid additional fees and ensures everything is in returnable condition.

Nope—only dunnage that came with your Stronger Can orders is eligible for return.

Yes! Just complete our Dunnage Return Form ahead of time. No form = no pickup. Dunnage must be clean, undamaged, and safely stacked.

Yes, but same rules apply: you must complete the Dunnage Return Form in advance. We won’t accept dunnage without it.
